Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Decision No. 959/QĐ-UBND on the establishment of Lan Son 2 Industrial Complex (IC) in Luc Nam District, Bac Giang Province.

Accordingly, Lan Son 2 IC covers an area of 75 hectares in Lan Mau and Yen Son commune, Luc Nam district. The Northern boundary borders the rural agricultural land of Chinh Ha, Lan Mau commune, the South borders on the provincial road 293, the East borders on the residential area of Trai Hai village, Yen Son commune, the West borders on the planned road and the residential area of Muoi village, Lan Mau commune.
The major activity of Lan Son 2 IC are processing agricultural products and foodstuffs, medical equipment and devices, mechanical engineering, manufacturing electronic components, supporting industries and relocating some production establishments in craft villages to minimize the risk of environmental pollution.
The total investment capital for infrastructure construction is about 667.3 billion VND.
In 2020 – 2022 period, project implementation progress includes procedures for investment, construction, environment, land, compensation for site clearance, commencement of infrastructure construction including wastewater treatment stations, attracting secondary investors.
In 2022-2023 period, technical infrastructure shall be synchronously completed to attract investment to fill 100% of industrial land.
The Decision clearly states that the investor of Lan Son 2 infrastructure construction and business (Dai Loi Real Estate Joint Stock Company) is responsible for planning the implementation, management and investment of infrastructure construction according to the approved schedule and the current regulations of the Government.
Department of Industry and Trade and People’s Committee of Luc Nam district are responsible for managing IC’s activities in accordance with current regulations of the Government.
