Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee Chairman has just issued Decision No. 960/QĐ-UBND on the establishment of JUTECH Industrial Complex (IC) in Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province.

Accordingly, JUTECH IC has an area of 75 hectares in Huong Lam commune, Hiep Hoa district. The North borders on 4th Ring road, the South borders on the cultivation fields of Hac Lam village, Huong Lam commune, the East borders on the existing residential area of Hac Lam village, Huong Lam commune, the West borders on irrigation canal 1D and cultivated fields of Noi Huong village, Dong Cong village, Huong Lam commune.
The major activities of the IC after going in operation are electricity, electronics, communications, mechanics, apparel, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, foodstuff processing, supporting industries.
The total investment capital for infrastructure construction is about 714.2 billion VND.
In 2020 – 2022 period, project implementation progress includes implementation of legal procedures, detailed planning, construction drawing design, environmental impact assessment, rice land conversion, compensation for site clearance, commencement of infrastructure construction including wastewater treatment stations to attract investors in production and business.
In 2022 – 2023 period, technical items of the project shall be completed and at least 60% of the industrial land shall be filled.
In 2023 – 2024 period, 100% of the industrial land area is expected to be invested in.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requires the investor of JUTECH IC (JUTECH Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company) to be responsible for planning the implementation, management and investment of infrastructure construction according to the approved schedule and current regulations of the Goverment.
